Founder & Executive Director
An 8-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he also served 6 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. Magdy was also a civilian EMT for over 2 decades and served as a wildland firefighter in Northern California for 6 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with an emphasis on BPM and analytics, a degree in Administration of Justice and is pursuing a master’s degree in emergency management and Disaster Response from Arizona State University.  Magdy is a single dad of two adult kids and lives in Northern California.
Robin Rau
Chief Operating Officer and Secretary
Robin has extensive experience working with and helping manage non-profits and has been in the field for over a decade.
Tina Talamantes
Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer
Tina Talamantes is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. She is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong performance record in fast-paced government organizations and private industry associations. With more than 28 years experience in the civil service and government sectors, Tina brings a vast amount of experience, including Operations Management, Budgeting, and Crisis Management to the team. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in the tax and financial services industry, including working with non-profit organizations.
